About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports pharmaceutical supply chain and warehouse operations at Cardinal Health’s Saint Charles facility. Warehouse Operations handles the manual or automated tasks involved in receiving, storing, and shipping products, helping ensure products move efficiently from vendors to internal and external customers. The role involves receiving and fulfilling orders so customers have the products they need to care for patients. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., or until work is finished. Overtime varies based on business needs. The pay rate is $21.67 per hour, including shift differential; the position is not bonus eligible. The anticipated application window closes November 24, 2026.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Warehouse experience is not required; candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome, and training is provided starting the first day.

Responsibilities

Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned by a manager or another member of the management team.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duties.
