About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks needed to receive, store, and ship products, supporting the efficient flow of goods from vendors to internal and external customers. Warehouse team members receive and fulfill orders so customers can obtain products needed to care for patients. This role follows established processes to fulfill orders and may work across multiple warehouse areas. Training is provided beginning on the first day. The position is scheduled for 40 hours weekly on the night shift (third shift): Sunday 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. and Monday through Thursday 8:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m. Employees must work until assigned tasks are completed. Scheduled days may change according to operational needs and role placement. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
Basic English proficiency, including the ability to read and write in English to process documents.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment according to established processes.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train for and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment when required by job duties.
