About The Position

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you work with the team to ensure products get where they need to be. Duties include unloading delivery vehicles, receiving inventory, storing products, and selecting and packing customer orders. You may also deliver customer orders in a light van or delivery vehicle. The role involves operating warehouse equipment and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The expected pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Steel-toed boots are required.

Requirements

• Be able to meet the physical requirements of warehouse work, including lifting up to 70 pounds, cutting wire, climbing ladders, and staying active in varying temperatures depending on location.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Have good attendance and work ethic.
• Be able to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Wear steel-toed boots.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
• Unload deliveries and accurately receive inventory.
• Store products in their designated locations and record the locations in the system.
• Select and pack customer orders.
• At times, deliver customer orders using a light van or delivery vehicle.
• Maintain a clean warehouse, follow safety procedures, and perform daily safety inspections.
