Warehouse Material Handler
About The Position
MasterMold is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handlers to support production teams by managing raw materials, supplies, and product staging. The role is offered on either a first shift, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or a second shift, Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The position involves safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, receiving and stocking materials, and staging parts and products to meet production demands. Handlers follow work instructions and safety protocols, observe customer loading and unloading standards, and handle materials carefully to prevent damage. The work takes place in a warehouse near moving machinery and in variable weather conditions. Requirements
- One year of related experience.
- Reliable and organized, with strong math skills.
- Certified forklift operator or willing to obtain certification on the job.
- Team-oriented, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Valid driver’s license for forklift operation.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and using hand tools.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
