About The Position

USAgain is a secondhand clothing company whose mission is to create value for people, the planet, and profit. It collects used clothes and shoes to extend the life of textiles, make sustainable fashion accessible, support communities, conserve resources, and keep reusable clothing in circulation. The Warehouse Material Handler handles, processes, and prepares incoming raw materials for warehouse inventory storage, sale, and shipment to customers. This is an AM shift position in Hazelwood, Missouri, scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM for eight hours per day. The role involves manually handling materials for 80–90% of the work time and using equipment for the remaining 10–20%. Compensation is $21 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
At least 2 years of warehouse and material-handling experience.
Valid driver's license.
Flexibility to work hours based on business needs, including possible evenings.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, twisting, and placing materials for extended periods.
Ability to consistently lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Ability to twist, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
No accidents in the past 3 years.
No DUI convictions in the past 7 years.
Forklift experience required.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification is a definite plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Receive materials and accurately process them into the warehouse system.
Push and pull product-loaded carts throughout the warehouse as needed.
Lift, twist, and place items while handling and organizing materials.
Unload trucks by hand.
Work in the trailer for 2–3 hours daily.
Stage finished products in designated loading areas for shipment using a forklift.
Perform additional warehouse tasks as directed.
