About The Position

As a Warehouse Delivery Material Handler, you will manually load trucks with products for delivery to customers. The role involves lifting, lowering, carrying products, stacking empty pallets, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You are expected to follow safe work practices and support Staples Supply Chain in delivering products to customers.

The schedule is 4:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., five days a week, with rotating days off. The warehouse may experience seasonal temperature variations. The position requires wearing safety composite shoes and being able to walk and stand throughout the workday.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of related warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment or merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Ability to become MHEO certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment as required.
• Willingness and ability to keep the work area clean and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and customers.
