About The Position

The Warehouse Material Handler manually loads trucks with products for delivery to customers. The role involves lifting, lowering, and carrying products in a fast-paced warehouse, stacking empty pallets, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. Safety is a top priority, and the employee is expected to follow safe work practices and contribute to the company’s safety culture. The position is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of related experience in a warehouse environment, or an equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment or merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain MHEO certification and safely operate necessary material handling equipment as required.
• Willingness and ability to keep the work area clean and adopt safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Inclusive approach to working with colleagues and customers, building relationships, and collaborating to resolve issues.
