About The Position
Sika is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for its roofing division in Canton, Massachusetts. The role is responsible for the warehouse facility, staff, and inventory, and manages the facility’s operations to ensure products are shipped promptly, neatly, and accurately. Key priorities include inventory control and complete, on-time order shipping. The manager also oversees warehouse security, maintenance, and general upkeep.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of prior management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and effective time-management skills.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization.

- Spanish-speaking ability.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and coach warehouse staff.
- Train and supervise temporary Shipping/Receiving workers within the facility.
- Track time and attendance for supervised employees.
- Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy in the ERP system.
- Conduct, confirm, and report inventory cycle-count findings.
- Manage inventory flow on a First-In, First-Out basis to the best degree possible.
- Manage picking, staging, loading, and posting activities.
- Manage all warehouse receiving activities.
- Oversee truckers while they are on the premises.
- Manage facility security, maintenance, and general upkeep.
