About The Position

The Warehouse Manager plans and executes ordering, inventory management, and product logistics for airport restaurants and markets, coordinating with Front of House and Back of House management teams. The role manages the purchasing, inventory, and logistics team and uses analytics to assess team effectiveness by measuring inventory levels, waste reduction, and reductions in cost of goods (COGs). The position is based at PHL Airport and reports to Senior Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of management experience in restaurants or retail, preferably overseeing multi-unit concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in hospitality or a culinary field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage required daily and weekly inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels for markets and restaurants.
• Review consumption reports and coordinate with the General Manager of Inventory to align product levels with sales and forecasted needs.
• Ensure required daily production for markets is completed by the Back of House team and properly logged.
• Implement and oversee stock-rotation protocols to maintain quality and reduce waste.
• Ensure expired products are removed and returned to the correct warehouse, with waste properly logged.
• Manage Warehouse and Porter teams to ensure restaurant and market orders are picked correctly, delivered on time to the correct locations, and transfers are properly logged.
• Ensure product deliveries meet quality assurance standards for time, temperature, and sanitization.
