About The Position

This position is for a Warehouse Manager (Supply Technician) at a Depot, responsible for managing warehouse inventory control, receiving, inventorying, warehousing, and maintaining DoD Communication Systems materials. The role requires experience with government-approved computer-based application software, government vehicles, overhead cranes, electric carts, and forklifts. The position is available to current Centurum employees only and requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.

Requirements

• Two years of supply support and inventory management experience.
• Two years of experience managing a team of individuals supporting shipping and receiving functions, inventory and material movement.
• Able to train staff and ensure data entry into government systems.
• Understanding of NERP, COLT, SAILOR and other databases.
• Significant experience using MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word required.
• HS Diploma
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.
• Must have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance.
• Must have and maintain a current forklift and overhead crane certificates.

Nice To Haves

• Five (5) years management experience.
• At least one plus (1+) years of recent Navy C4I(S) in Depot repair, refurbish and restoration capabilities analysis.
• Quality Management System (QMS) experience that is compatible with ISO 9001:2008.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory control using government-approved, computer-based application software programs.
• Oversee activities involving government vehicles, overhead cranes, electric carts, and forklifts in support of Depot inventory/warehouse activities.
• Manage the receiving, inventorying, warehousing, and maintenance of DoD Communication Systems materials.
• Conduct routine spot checks and yearly parts inventories.
• Train staff and ensure data entry into government systems.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.
