Warehouse Depot Manager
About The Position
The Warehouse Depot Manager will lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to reach its full potential. This role involves directing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure projects and customer orders are completed accurately and on time. The manager will also identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency, and lead initiatives related to LEAN practices, safety, compliance, ISO standards, and process improvements. Ensuring all employees follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- Strong, proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- A motivated, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to successfully pass a drug test and background check

- Previous warehouse or operations leadership experience preferred
