Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of (8) years supply experience
Working knowledge of Government Property Control Procedures
Must be customer oriented
Able to use automated information systems
Able to successfully communicate both orally and in writing
Must be eligible to qualify for and able to maintain a U.S. DoD secret level clearance

Nice To Haves

Depot Level supply experience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage Supply Operations for all E-6B Depot Maintenance Lines.
Manage processes to ensure employees meet required certification and training requirements to perform Contract Logistics Support.
Maintain accurate records of Government Property throughout the acquisition and disposition process.
Coordinate all Depot Maintenance Line supply requirements and ensure timely completion of all supply related documents (shipping/issuing/receiving).
Maintain and update aircraft data collection systems files.
Uses automated information systems (computers) to include NALCOMIS, Haystack, Fedlog, etc.
Conduct material research of internal/external reports.
Provide leadership and the customer with updates on status of Depot Line supply support.
Conduct direct customer meetings in support of E-6B Depot Maintenance Lines.
Ensure Depot Supply Technicians adhere and comply with established company quality policies, practices, standard operations procedures, and government regulations.
Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure all supply requirements are met in a timely manner.
