We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead daily operations across multiple warehouse facilities and 3PL partners. In this role, you’ll oversee all inbound and outbound activities, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain efficient, compliant warehouse operations. You’ll guide and develop warehouse teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and customer service to support company-wide goals. Requirements

Hands-on leadership experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
Experience managing multiple warehouse facilities and/or 3PL partners.
Proficiency in inventory management techniques (cycle counts, audits).
Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Experience in leading, training, and developing teams.
Ability to track KPIs and use data to drive improvements.
Skills in identifying process efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
Experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
Ability to troubleshoot delivery issues and discrepancies.
Experience collaborating with transportation partners to optimize logistics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the home gardening or seed industry.
Familiarity with specific warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple local warehouses and 3PL partners.
Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain organized warehouse layouts and ensure optimal use of space.
Enforce safety standards, SOPs, and compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
Ensure accurate inventory across locations through cycle counts, audits, and variance resolution.
Lead, train, and develop warehouse teams including managers, supervisors, leads and material handlers; manage scheduling, task assignments, and performance coaching.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
Track KPIs (productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery) and use data to drive improvements.
Identify process efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and operational enhancements.
Partner with procurement, sales, and customer service to support broader business needs.
Coordinate inbound shipments with vendors and carriers to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Manage outbound shipments to ensure accurate, on-time delivery to customers and distribution points.
Troubleshoot delivery delays, discrepancies, or carrier issues promptly.
Collaborate with transportation partners to optimize routes, schedules, and freight costs.
Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and service levels.
