About The Position

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Line Leader in Burlington, North Carolina. The role supports production assembly and warehouse fulfillment involving personal hygiene products and general merchandise. The position includes paid on-the-job training and work with state-of-the-art equipment in a safety-focused supply chain environment. Pay is $19.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential, with weekly pay. Paid time off is offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to multitask and work within multiple systems at the same time.
Ability to react positively to change and handle additional tasks as required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency, knowledge, and/or experience with production assembly lines.

Nice To Haves

One year or more of experience with simple mathematical calculations.
One year or more of experience operating a computer and handheld scanner.
One year or more of previous Team Lead experience.
One year or more of previous production experience.
Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and reconcile assigned production assembly lines.
Ensure the correct customer product is on the production line.
Train line workers to assemble components and pack products according to documented work instructions and quality requirements.
Ensure units and pallets are packed correctly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
