About The Position

The Warehouse Laborer cleans and prepares forms for painting and repair, assembles and disassembles forms, replaces components, and handles parts and materials. The role also maintains an organized work area and storage locations, follows quality and safety procedures, and performs routine preventive maintenance. The position requires physical labor, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision and in all weather.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all weather.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare forms for painting and repair.
Assemble and disassemble forms and replace components.
Move, stack, load, and unload parts and materials as needed.
Operate material handling equipment.
Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts.
Follow all quality processes and operational procedures.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
Organize and maintain storage locations, including pallets, racks, and shelves.
Ensure products are correctly labeled and returned to the proper location.
Follow federal and local safety regulations and company safety rules and procedures.
Address potential safety hazards and report or, if qualified, immediately correct equipment malfunctions, unsafe equipment or acts, material revisions, and product deviations to a supervisor.
Use applicable personal protective equipment while performing duties.
