About The Position

The Warehouse Inventory Specialist I role is an entry level position in our Inventory Management Office and Warehouse. The role will include multiple activities within secured areas for the team member is required to handle documents, inventory and materials in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one task to the next. This role may be performing functions such as receiving, scanning, pulling, validating, and inventory for shipment. The role is also responsible for managing the DMV - Dealer inventory fulfillment process, and inventory control, ensuring all duties are handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. This position is located in North Carolina: 145 Auction Lane, Statesville, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next
  • Follows established procedures and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime.
  • Attention to detail; good organizational skills; adaptability; demonstrates consistent accuracy and thoroughness; efficient and timely completion of work.
  • Oversee and manage the DMV-Dealer fulfillment process from start to finish.
  • Accurately select, pack, and prepare license plates and other DMV inventory for shipment.
  • Perform regular quality control checks to ensure both state and company policies are met.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, restocking as necessary.
  • Maintain organization of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and safety at all times.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the appropriate team members promptly.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.
  • Sort and imaging Lender packets in vault/secure room
  • Retrieve perfecting documents from a secured vault repository
  • Sign off on State documents
  • Follows established procedures and compliance requirements
  • Performs other duties as necessary
