About The Position

The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is responsible for participating in cycle counts, maintaining the chase area, conducting investigations for missing stock and transfers, removing and logging recalled items, identifying and logging damaged or short-dated products, and putting away product. This role also involves running and completing reports and organizing emails related to cycle counts. The position operates within a fast-paced distribution environment and requires adherence to quality guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience preferred
  • Ability to operate warehouse PIT Order Selector equipment required
  • Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly
  • Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
  • Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice
  • Aptitude to work in a fast paced distribution environment while meeting hourly established distribution quotas and performance standards
  • Flexibility/adaptability coupled with good multi-tasking skills
  • Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
  • Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
  • Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
  • Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
  • Adheres to all quality guidelines
  • Works under moderate degree of supervision
  • Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
  • Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor
