About The Position

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator for their 2nd shift operations. This role is responsible for participating in inventory management processes, including cycle counts, maintaining specific warehouse areas, investigating discrepancies, and managing recalled or short-dated items. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment, operate warehouse equipment, and adhere to performance standards. Requirements

1-2 years experience preferred
Ability to operate warehouse PIT Order Selector equipment required
Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly
Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice
Aptitude to work in a fast paced distribution environment while meeting hourly established distribution quotas and performance standards
Flexibility/adaptability coupled with good multi-tasking skills
Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
Adheres to all quality guidelines
Works under moderate degree of supervision
Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor
