Warehouse/Internal Logistics Operator
About The Position
The Warehouse/Internal Logistics Operator conducts activities related to handling parts and semi-finished or finished products in the warehouse and to or from the production line. The role sorts and arranges materials for storage according to guidelines, performs routine activities under established procedures, picks components from stock for dispatch, packs products onto pallets, transports boxes, and supports other collection, storage, and warehouse activities. The position is onsite in Senatobia, Mississippi, and contributes to ABB’s Smart Power Business Unit. It reports to the Shipping Supervisor.
Requirements
- 0–3 months of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or certificate.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Sort and arrange material for storage according to guidelines.
- Execute routine activities according to established procedures.
- Pick components from stock for dispatch and perform final packing on pallets.
- Transport boxes and carry out other collection, storage, and warehouse activities.
