About The Position

The Warehouse Housekeeping role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining warehouse aisles and other facility areas, removing waste and damaged products, replenishing housekeeping supplies, and supporting a safe and sanitary work environment. The role may include outdoor sidewalk maintenance during inclement weather. The job is listed as second shift and pays $17.00–$21.00 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability and willingness to work a non-traditional shift and hours.
Promote a safe and productive workplace through personal actions, including proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment, and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
Actively contribute to a successful safety culture in the facility.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean bag good aisles.
Empty cardboard in the warehouse and make bales.
Sweep and vacuum trash in assigned aisles.
Pick up broken pallets, cardboard, and trash.
Remove damaged products and take them to the damage area.
Maintain and clean stairwells.
During inclement weather, maintain sidewalks by shoveling snow and putting out ice melt.
Clean bathrooms, office areas, and the breakroom.
Empty trash cans.
Order housekeeping supplies.
Sanitize door handles, handrails, phones, and similar items.
Clean windows.
Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
