About The Position

Masters Gallery Foods is hiring a warehouse team member at its Plymouth, Wisconsin location for a Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. schedule. The role supports the movement, storage, and shipment of cheese products while helping maintain the company’s quality and service standards. The position reports to the Warehouse Manager and Shift Supervisor. Hourly pay starts at $25.67, increases to $26.71 after 90 days and $27.75 after one year, with an additional $1.00-per-hour shift differential. Requirements

Willingness to learn and safely operate forklifts.
Ability to lift and stack up to 50 pounds, including overhead.
Comfort working in cool warehouse temperatures.
Ability to read and follow safety procedures.
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervision.
Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes.
Pass a post-offer physical and drug screening.

Experience using warehouse software, scanners, or RF systems.

Responsibilities

Safely operate stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Receive, unload, and properly store incoming products.
Verify finished products and organize them in the warehouse.
Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment.
Load trucks, ensuring orders are correct and properly rotated.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Interact professionally with truck drivers and complete shipping paperwork.
Maintain dependable attendance to support smooth operations.
