About The Position

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and prepare customer orders. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, handling incoming and outgoing materials, using RF devices, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The posting states a starting wage of $19 per hour or higher depending on experience; the listed pay range is $17.41–$26.11 per hour, and the role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices and other technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and help maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free facility.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment and a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 pounds.
