Warehouse 2nd Shift
About The Position
Masters Gallery Foods is hiring a Warehouse team member in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Shift Supervisor, this role helps maintain the flow of cheese products through the warehouse and supports the company's quality and service standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Starting pay is $25.67 per hour, increasing to $26.71 after 90 days and $27.75 after one year, plus a $1.00-per-hour shift differential. The work takes place in a cool, climate-controlled warehouse and includes operating powered industrial trucks, standing, lifting and stacking, and occasional walking on concrete. Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes are required. The campus is smoke-free. Employment offers are subject to passing a post-offer physical and drug screening.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and safely operate forklifts.
- Ability to lift and stack up to 50 pounds, including overhead.
- Comfort working in cool warehouse temperatures.
- Ability to read and follow safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using warehouse software, scanners, or RF systems.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming products.
- Verify finished products and organize them in the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment.
- Load trucks and ensure orders are correct and properly rotated.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Interact professionally with truck drivers and complete shipping paperwork.
- Maintain dependable attendance.
