About The Position

APCO Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction at its CF Warehouse. The role focuses on efficient, safe, and accurate warehouse workflows, including receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and shipping. The specialist will work with team members to support the overall facility and maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience.
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and safety.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Basic technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills.
Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety and organizational excellence.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the warehouse.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Keep the warehouse operating efficiently, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Review workflows, space allocations, and equipment layouts to meet company productivity and quality standards.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following regulations and procedures.
Receive and verify incoming orders, transport merchandise, and place deliveries in designated storage areas.
Prepare, package, and ship products accurately and on time.
Manage inventory levels using the Inventory Management System and assist with reporting.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and professional.
Collaborate with team members to support overall facility operations.
