About The Position

APCO Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction at its CF Warehouse. The role is responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, preparing, packaging, and shipping products, as well as managing and reporting inventory. The specialist helps maintain a safe, compliant, clean, and organized warehouse, reviews workflows and layouts for productivity and quality, and collaborates with team members on facility operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and safety.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Basic technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills.
Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety and organizational excellence.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the warehouse.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Keep the warehouse operating efficiently, with customer satisfaction as a priority.
Review workflows, space allocations, and equipment layouts to meet company productivity and quality standards.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following regulations and procedures.
Receive and verify incoming orders, transport merchandise, and arrange deliveries in designated storage areas.
Prepare, package, and ship products accurately and on time.
Manage inventory levels using the Inventory Management System and assist with reporting.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and professional.
Collaborate with team members to support facility operations.
