About The Position

FSSI, a leading document outsourcing company servicing Fortune 500 companies in the financial, banking, insurance, and billing industries across the U.S. for over 45 years, is seeking a part-time Warehouse/Fulfillment Clerk for its Santa Ana, CA location. This role involves performing general operational tasks within the Warehouse and Fulfillment departments, including driving company vehicles to local shipping facilities as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a current class C Drivers License
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Related experience in a fast-paced warehouse/fulfillment environment preferred.
• Experience operating a Forklift, specifically Stand Up and Sit-Down units is preferred. Will be required to obtain in-house Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the stock handling and storage of products and shipping materials.
• Prepare packages for inventory.
• Prepare daily fulfillment packages. Pick, Pack and Ship processes.
• Process packages for domestic and global shipping through FedEx, USPS, and LTL Freight.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Perform general warehouse and fulfillment functions as needed, including forklift operation.
• Reports unsafe tools, facility and equipment issues immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned, dependent on the changing needs of the organization.
• Drive company vehicles as needed (vehicles that require Class C, Non-Commercial license).
• Aid in facility recycling programs.
