About The Position

Revlon, a leading global beauty company known for its innovative brands like Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, and Almay, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Warehouse Clerk. This onsite role, located at the Roanoke, Va Distribution Center, is crucial for maintaining accurate warehouse records and supporting the order fulfillment picking operation. The clerk will work closely with employees, supervisors, managers, and directors, handling various reports, data compilation, and confidential information. The position requires full-time presence and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or secondary GED minimum
  • 2+ years of operational or administrative experience required
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to gather, manipulate, analyze, and use data in a meaningful manner
  • Ability to handle confidential information and be a team player
  • Basic math skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications as well as warehouse management system
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist DRP Analyst put together shipments for the floor to pick – folding labels, printing packing list and matching them together creating the shipments packets for the Order Fulfillment picking operation
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reports for all distribution departments and other various other reports as they are developed
  • Match numerical and alphabetical sequences
  • Sit or stand as needed to fold and match labels/paperwork for picking team
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reporting assigned
  • Back up analysts and other clerks within Order Fulfillment
  • Perform all other duties assigned by supervision.
  • Support the 5S Lean Program.
  • Flexible to cross-train and support all areas within the warehouse.
  • Verify and accurately track warehouse records.
  • Run and maintain Budget Tracking reports, unshipped reports, small package reports, Job Aids, NURFS, charts, records, special projects, data compilation, records control, processes, and duties that entail sensitive and confidential nature.
