This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Roanoke, Va Distribution Center. The warehouse clerk is responsible for working closely with Employees, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors to verify and accurately track warehouse records. This position will also run and maintain Budget Tracking reports, unshipped reports, small package reports, Job Aids, NURFS, charts, records, special projects, data compilation, records control, processes, and duties that entail sensitive and confidential nature.

Requirements

High School diploma or secondary GED minimum
2+ years of operational or administrative experience required
Must have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
Must be able to gather, manipulate, analyze, and use data in a meaningful manner
Must be able to handle confidential information and be a team player
Basic math skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications as well as warehouse management system

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook a plus

Responsibilities

Assist DRP Analyst put together shipments for the floor to pick – folding labels, printing packing list and matching them together creating the shipments packets for the Order Fulfillment picking operation
Maintain weekly and monthly reports for all distribution departments and other various other reports as they are developed
Match numerical and alphabetical sequences
Sit or stand as needed to fold and match labels/paperwork for picking team
Complete daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reporting assigned
Back up analysts and other clerks within Order Fulfillment
Perform all other duties assigned by supervision.
Support the 5S Lean Program.
Flexible to cross-train and support all areas within the warehouse.
