About The Position
Join Vestcom, an Avery Dennison company, as a Fulfillment Clerk. This role is for a detail-oriented team player responsible for kitting, packing, and shipping printed materials with a "zero-defect" mindset. The Fulfillment Clerk plays a vital role in the facility's circulatory system, ensuring every package is accurate and delivered on time. Responsibilities include precision assembly, quality control, logistics support, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker.
- You have a track record of delivering high-quality work and following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Must be proficient in accurately counting, sequencing, and identifying complex alphanumeric codes to ensure zero-defect order fulfillment.
- You can maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and easily pivot when production priorities change.
- High school diploma/GED and 2+ years of related warehouse or assembly experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and shipping software.
Responsibilities
- Hand-collate and kit a variety of printed materials into final packaged products.
- Verify package contents against pick tickets to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels, manage packing lists, and assist with receiving raw materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all PPE guidelines.
