About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring motivated, dependable individuals for a physically active, production-based warehouse position in a fast-paced environment. Team members who work safely, stay productive, and consistently complete trailers have the opportunity to earn strong weekly pay. Pay is production-based per trailer, with an average earning opportunity of $600 to $1,100 per week. Employees are paid weekly, and training pay and hourly rates are provided when applicable. Earnings depend on productivity, trailer volume, attendance, and available work. The role is performed in person. First shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or until trailers are completed; second shift is Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., or until trailers are completed. Weekends may be required.

Requirements

• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to perform physical work for extended periods.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Unload boxed freight from trailers by hand.
• Stack freight on wooden pallets.
• Move pallets using a manual pallet jack.
• Lift and carry freight weighing 5 to 115 pounds.
• Maintain a safe and productive work area.
