About The Position

National Star Services, a 28-year-old facility management company providing services nationwide, is seeking General Laborers in North Bergen, New Jersey. The role involves processing cardboard waste, operating baling machinery, sorting and breaking down cardboard, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace. Workers follow safety and operational guidelines and collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with Sundays when needed, from 6:30 AM until work is finished. Pay is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Two valid forms of identification.
Steel-toe boots.
Own transportation to commute.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50–65 pounds.
A background check and drug test will be conducted.

Responsibilities

Process and manage cardboard waste materials efficiently.
Operate baling machinery to compress cardboard into compact bales and place the bales securely on pallets.
Sort reusable cardboard and break down cardboard boxes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Work effectively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
