About The Position

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to perform warehouse operations involving incoming inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and stock organization. The role includes unloading trucks and containers, processing and packaging orders, stacking and wrapping pallets, and moving products from inbound operations to outbound operations. Associates are also responsible for inspecting merchandise, organizing warehouse space, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Pay is $16 per hour, paid weekly. PTO accrual starts on day one and may be used after day 91. Health insurance is available after 90 days or during open enrollment, and employees may enroll in the 401(k) after six months of employment. On-demand pay allows employees to access up to 50% of their pay before payday.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and position incoming inventory items.
• Process, package, and ship orders.
• Inspect products for flaws and damage.
• Evaluate merchandise entering and exiting the facility.
• Manage and organize inventory and stock.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Unload trucks and containers.
• Move from inbound operations to outbound operations.
• Stack and wrap pallets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
