About The Position

National Star Services, a facility management company, is seeking General Laborers in North Bergen, New Jersey. The role involves processing cardboard waste, operating baling machinery, sorting and breaking down cardboard, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Workers collaborate with team members to support an efficient workflow. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with Sundays as needed, from 6:30 AM until work is finished. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Two valid forms of identification.
Steel-toe boots.
Own transportation to commute to the worksite.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50–65 pounds.
Background check and drug test are required.

Responsibilities

Process and manage cardboard waste materials efficiently.
Operate baling machinery to compress cardboard into compact bales and securely place them on pallets.
Sort reusable cardboard and break down cardboard boxes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Work effectively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
