About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring seasonal warehouse pickers and packers for a client in Pflugerville, Texas. The role involves picking, packing, and labeling completed items for shipment in a busy warehouse where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. The warehouse is climate-controlled, and the schedule is 6:00 AM–4:30 PM on a four-day workweek. The position is seasonal through mid-January, with immediate openings and an anticipated start date of immediate.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse, picking, packing, or assembly-line experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label completed items for shipment.
• Move items around the warehouse using a pallet jack.
• Use packaging materials properly, including padding and tape guns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
