About The Position

Join our warehouse team and become part of a supply chain that delivers results every day. We're hiring a MPH Warehouse Floor Trainer (2nd shift) to join our team in Fairfield 1, OH that is ready to roll up their sleeves, work safely, and help us fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency. This role is responsible for assisting in the development of new temporary MPH warehouse workers, retraining current employees, and cross-training. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work with individuals possessing different skill levels. The trainer will also help with troubleshooting, provide objective student evaluations, and encourage participants to learn. Other duties as required include handling receiving, storing, and shipping tasks, organizing and maintaining inventory, operating warehouse equipment safely, and collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity goals and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements

Candidate must possess applicable MPH warehouse experience.
Must have all applicable knowledge and competencies for skilled, experienced MPH warehouse processes and systems.
Must have no more than 3 points with no written policy infractions.
Must be in your role as a FTE of Schneider Electric for at least 6 months.
Must have "Good/Superior" Quality with no more than 3 defects listed in Gainseeker per quarter.
Must be willing to bring/ show your personal tool or work area to the interview and explain your 5s.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic warehouse environment
Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently throughout your shift

Responsibilities

Assisting in the development of new temporary MPH warehouse workers, retraining current employees, cross training, etc.
Provide objective student evaluations during the training period.
Encourages participants to learn from themselves and the class.
Handle receiving, storing, and shipping tasks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Organize and maintain inventory while supporting proper stock rotation and product quality
Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all operational and safety procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
Help with trouble shooting.
Will perform other duties as required.
