Responsibilities

  • Track part shortages across kits and kanban, escalating through internal channels to ensure fast notification & resolution of issue
  • Manage short kits to coordinate completion with kitting team
  • Track arrival of shortage materials to the site to ensure fast delivery to the line, in order to close the shortage
  • Follow safety protocol and operation procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment
  • Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain inventory control and proper stock rotation to support product quality and availability
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures across all warehouse activities
  • Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce operational risk
