Responsibilities

Track part shortages across kits and kanban, escalating through internal channels to ensure fast notification & resolution of issue
Manage short kits to coordinate completion with kitting team
Track arrival of shortage materials to the site to ensure fast delivery to the line, in order to close the shortage
Follow safety protocol and operation procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment
Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Maintain inventory control and proper stock rotation to support product quality and availability
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures across all warehouse activities
Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce operational risk
