About The Position

The Warehouse & Field Operations Specialist supports field and warehouse operations through hands-on moving and logistics, estate-sale setup and teardown, warehouse inventory support, project deliveries and setup, maintenance, and sorting and packing household goods. The role also assists owners and management in a variety of capacities to help operations run efficiently and respectfully.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavier objects and regularly perform physical labor.
• Comfort using basic tools to fix things and solve problems.
• Compassionate, honest, non-judgmental, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, move, and transport heavy items, furniture, decor, and packed boxes.
• Set up estate sales, arrange items and displays, and complete post-sale teardowns.
• Help maintain, organize, and manage the warehouse and inventory.
• Transport, deliver, and set up items and equipment for specialized projects.
• Troubleshoot and fix items around the warehouse or job sites as needed.
• Sort, organize, and pack household goods or prepare items for removal, donation, moving, or shipping.
• Assist owners and management in a wide variety of capacities to keep operations running smoothly.
