About The Position

LionsBot USA is in search for a Warehouse & Facilities Specialist that will provide hands-on execution, planning, and management of all warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, demo/trial logistics as well as ensure the proper flow of parts and materials from our headquarters team & vendors to the Company warehouse, then to customer locations. This professional will achieve service and cost objectives in supporting material needs and provide efficient warehousing operations. The Warehouse & Facilities Specialist is an individual contributor reporting to the LionsBot USA warehouse in Runnemede, NJ each workday with minimal travel requirements (up to 20%).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar role (ex: parts/inventory, shipping/receiving, and/or logistics)
  • Professional experience working in an ERP system
  • Valid forklift certification in the USA (OSHA compliant).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and related business tools.
  • Travel up to 20% as business needs require.
  • Holds a valid Driver’s License
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
  • Successfully fulfill pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks for criminal/civil and motor vehicle records

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with robotics, autonomous cleaning equipment, commercial cleaning equipment, facility services, automation, or technology-based products.
  • Additional related certifications, such as QWLP, OSHA, CWLP, CPIM, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and dedication to finding practical solutions.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support a growing organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience creating strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures timely and accurate receiving, planning, distribution, and delivery of products, parts and materials.
  • Works with internal Service and Sales team members to assist with planned and unexpected needs.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight trucks safely.
  • Check incoming shipments for damage or missing items.
  • Prepare outgoing orders with correct labels and packing slips.
  • Operate a forklift regularly to move heavy pallets and stock.
  • Performs timely and accurate staging, ticketing, placement, planning, and replenishment of parts and materials.
  • Partners with Supply Chain Operations Manager to prepare all purchase orders, invoices, shipping receipts, etc., on job-related equipment, material, parts, supplies, and tools.
  • Count physical stock and match totals with the computer system.
  • Record all new items and shipped goods into the inventory database.
  • Report low stock levels and damaged goods to management.
  • Organize the warehouse floor and storage racks for easy access.
  • Leads inventory audits with external auditors
  • Perform basic repairs and routine upkeep on the building and grounds.
  • Inspect warehouse equipment, including doors, lights, and docks.
  • Coordinate with outside service vendors for facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area that follows OSHA rules.
