About The Position

This role is responsible for operating warehouse equipment to replenish stock. The operator will scan products into bin and pallet locations, verify part numbers and quantities, and ensure proper rotation for "first in first out" inventory management. If adequate space is not available, the operator will find a new location, utilize split stock functions, and scan parts into the new location. The position requires operating a stock picker or reach truck with the necessary certification. The role ensures TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery. The operator must meet established quality goals for "parts per million" errors and productivity goals set by management. Active participation in job qualification audits and adherence to standard operating procedures are required. The position also involves maintaining acceptable time and attendance, being available for overtime, and demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude. Collaboration and cooperation with others are essential for efficient work completion. The operator will contribute to the operations team by accepting "other duties as required," working independently with minimal supervision, working with a sense of urgency, and maintaining a positive attitude focused on results. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and notifying management of hazards is crucial. The role supports daily warehouse department metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
