This position is responsible for accurately counting and pulling parts from bin and pallet locations, re-verifying part numbers and quantities, and entering required information into the system. The role involves repackaging product, applying and scanning bar codes, and operating stock picker or reach equipment with the required certification. The operator must ensure TTI meets or exceeds customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, while meeting established quality and productivity goals. Active participation in job qualification audits and adherence to standard operating procedures are expected. The role requires maintaining acceptable time and attendance, with availability for overtime as needed. A positive, team-oriented attitude, willingness to accept "other duties as required," ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a sense of urgency, and a focus on desired results are essential. The position also emphasizes maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and notifying management of hazards. Support for daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, along with performing FOD and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards, are also key responsibilities. Active cross-training in other areas is required.
