This position involves accurately counting and pulling parts, verifying part numbers and quantities, entering information into the system, applying and scanning barcodes, finalizing orders, and placing totes on the conveyor. It may also include stocking duties such as scanning products, verifying part numbers and quantities, scanning storage locations, and rotating parts to ensure "first in first out" inventory management. The role may require operating pushcarts and carousels. The associate is expected to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, while adhering to established quality and productivity goals. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance, working overtime as required, and demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude are crucial. The position also emphasizes ensuring a safe working environment, supporting daily warehouse metrics, performing foreign object detection and location maintenance to maintain 5S standards, and cross-training in other areas as needed.
