About The Position

This position pays $18.65 per hour (including shift premium) with increases at 90 and 360 days if meeting expectations. The role involves pulling totes, packages, or orders from a conveyor or pallet, scanning, sorting, and delivering them to a holding area or the next destination until all line items are accounted for and consolidated. The associate will confirm order completion and transport orders to the appropriate location. Operation of a pallet jack, stock chaser, flatbed cart, or rider pallet jack may be required with in-house certification. The associate ensures TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery. This includes meeting established quality goals for errors (parts per million) and productivity goals defined by Management. Active participation in job qualification audits and strict adherence to standard operating procedures are expected. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance according to TTI policies and availability for overtime as required by business demands are crucial. A positive, team-oriented attitude, collaboration, and cooperation with others to complete work assignments effectively and efficiently are essential. The role requires willingly accepting and embracing 'other duties as required,' the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a sense of urgency, and a positive attitude focused on delivering desired results for TTI. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to established safe operating policies and expectations, and notifying management of any observed safety hazards are key responsibilities. The associate will support daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and perform FOD (foreign object detection) and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards are maintained. Active cross-training in other areas as required, outside of the primary job function, is also part of the role.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
Energetic and goal focused.
Effective English communication skills.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Ability to count accurately and perform simple math.
Ability to read English and comprehend simple written work instructions.
Ability to lift, push, pull and move objects up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis using proper lifting techniques.
Ability to twist, stoop, squat, bend, and reach on a frequent basis.
Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
May require an in-house material handling equipment license according to the type of equipment being operated and follow defined safety guidelines.
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the international Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. Responsibilities

Available to work overtime as required due to business demands.
Demonstrates a positive “team” oriented attitude and approach toward work assignments in full collaboration and cooperation with others to complete all work assignments according to expectations and in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
Contributes to the ongoing success of the entire operations team by willingly accepting and embracing “other duties as required”.
