This position pays $18.00 per hour with increases at 90 and 360 days if meeting expectations. The role involves pulling totes and/or packages from conveyor or pallet, verifying part number and quantity to be shipped, and confirming value-added services. The associate will profile and prepare unit loads according to material handling requirements, prepare and complete required documentation such as packing slips and bills of lading, and select appropriate shipping containers and packing materials. Responsibilities include packaging orders to prevent damage, moving completed orders to conveyor or sorting material to pallets, and confirming shipments in the computer system. Occasional operation of shrink wrap machines, I-Pak machines, pallet jacks, or forklifts may be required with in-house certification. The associate ensures TTI meets or exceeds customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, meets established quality goals, and actively participates in job qualification audits while adhering to standard operating procedures. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance, being available for overtime, and demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude are crucial. The role requires collaboration, embracing other duties as required, working independently with minimal supervision, and maintaining a sense of urgency and a positive attitude focused on results. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to policies and notifying management of hazards is essential. The position supports daily warehouse department metrics and performs FOD and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards are maintained. Active cross-training in other areas is also required.
