About The Position

This position involves accurately counting and pulling parts, re-verifying part numbers and quantities against orders, entering required information into the system, applying and scanning barcodes, finalizing orders, and placing totes on conveyors. It may also include repackaging remaining parts and returning them to their proper locations. Additionally, the role may involve stocking duties such as scanning products, verifying part numbers and quantities, scanning storage locations, and ensuring parts in the location match those to be stocked. The associate will rotate parts for "first in first out" inventory management, find new locations for parts if needed, and scan them into the new location. Operation of a pushcart and/or carousel may be required. The role emphasizes meeting or exceeding customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, achieving quality and productivity goals, participating in audits, and adhering to standard operating procedures. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance, being available for overtime, and demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude are crucial. The associate will collaborate with others, accept "other duties as required," work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a sense of urgency and a positive attitude focused on results. Ensuring a safe working environment, adhering to safety policies, and notifying management of hazards are also key responsibilities. The role supports daily warehouse metrics and performs FOD and location maintenance to maintain 5S standards. Cross-training in other areas is also required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Energetic and goal focused.
  • Effective English communication skills.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Ability to count accurately and perform simple math.
  • Ability to read English and comprehend simple written work instructions.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move objects up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis using proper lifting techniques.
  • Ability to twist, stoop, squat, bend, and reach on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
  • May require an in-house material handling equipment license according to the type of equipment being operated and follow defined safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately count and pull parts, re-verifying part number and quantity ordered with parts pulled.
  • Enter required information in the system (i.e., internal part verification, order quantity, customer requirements, etc.).
  • Apply and scan barcode on order, finalize order in system, and place tote on conveyor.
  • Repackage remaining parts as needed and return to proper location.
  • Perform stocking duties by scanning product to be stocked; verifying part number and quantity to be stocked; scan storage location; verifies parts in location are the same as parts to be stocked.
  • Rotate parts to ensure “first in first out” where appropriate.
  • Find new locations for parts using a split stock function or function for a larger location if adequate space is not available.
  • Scan parts into new location and verify within WCS.
  • Operate pushcart and/or carousel.
  • Ensure TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
  • Meet established quality goals in relation to errors measured as “parts per million” produced and productivity goals.
  • Actively participate in job qualification audits and strictly adhere to all established standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain acceptable time and attendance based on TTI policies.
  • Be available to work overtime as required due to business demands.
  • Demonstrate a positive “team” oriented attitude and approach toward work assignments.
  • Collaborate and cooperate with others to complete all work assignments according to expectations and in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of the entire operations team by willingly accepting and embracing “other duties as required”.

  • Perform FOD (foreign object detection) and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards are maintained.
  • Actively cross train in other areas, as required, outside of primary job function.
