About The Position

The Warehouse / Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for pulling parts orders, loading and unloading trucks, meeting delivery deadlines, and delivering orders while providing exceptional customer service. The position is in the Parts department and reports to the Parts Manager. It is full-time and non-exempt, with a schedule of Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of Warehouse / Delivery Driver experience or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
• Ensure items pulled for orders and products received match purchase orders and packing slips.
• Participate in inventory preparation.
• Pick up and deliver parts as required for trailer service and repair to customers.
• Know the area within a radius of up to 150 miles.
• Use CDK software to generate pick sheets, invoices, and inventory reports.
• Handle all products according to customer and employer procedures.
• Answer phones and assist customers and technicians at the Parts counter when necessary.
• Perform other duties and tasks as required by the supervisor.
