To support our continued operational excellence, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to join our Warehouse Operations team in North Kansas City, Missouri. This role is essential to ensuring accurate data flow within our distribution processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Solid math, keyboarding, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience

Responsibilities

Generate and print pick order documentation for daily shipping activities
Review and verify order accuracy to ensure correct product fulfillment
Process inventory transfers between plant and warehouse locations
Record filling and stocking updates within the Warehouse ICT system
Close warehouse tickets and maintain accurate documentation
Enter and manage re-label and repack tickets
Collaborate with Warehouse Leads to ensure shipment readiness
Provide professional assistance during factory pick-ups
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within the system
Respond to customer and sales representative inquiries regarding order status
Support the Distribution Manager with reporting and special projects
Order office supplies and maintain warehouse office equipment, including printers and fax machines
