About The Position

In this position, you will receive the vehicles, prepare to send them to the plating department, send vehicles to dispatch for prep work, and prepare vehicles to go off to the correct coordinating department so that vehicles can be assigned to drivers daily. CTF Coordinator Responsibilities Include: Receive packets from the receiving department daily. Update eCVMS systems. Create work orders for drivers daily. Send orders to the plating department, the refresh department, and the dispatch department. Receive packets from dispatch daily. Create files for each vehicle. Send the packet to the exchange coordinator for assignments. Prepare out-of-service vehicles to be sent to retrofit. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
Must be customer service-oriented
Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
Must be a self-starter
Must be a reliable team player

Nice To Haves

1-year customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred
