About The Position

Key Responsibilities Perform data entry from production reports into ERP system and Tuboscope™ TruData™ system for TracID™ certificate generation. Process vendor invoices and submit for payment in accordance with company procedures. Issue purchase orders as requisitions are approved by appropriate personnel. Assist office staff with work order closure and required month-end reporting. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training events related to TracID™ software updates and enhancements. Review and analyze special reports and summarize findings to keep management informed. Assist with facility publication printouts and documentation preparation. Attend weekly management meetings with department managers. Support overall team efforts by accomplishing related administrative tasks, including production report consolidation, filing and record maintenance. Additional Duties Perform other duties as directed by the Division Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP or MRP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
