The Warehouse Coordinator manages shipping, receiving, yard activity, inventory verification, and related administrative processes in a fast-paced production plant. The role coordinates carrier check-ins, dock assignments, trailer movements, shipments, deliveries, and product transportation between internal and offsite warehouses. It also supports production readiness by verifying raw materials and packaging supplies, coordinating deliveries, and confirming product availability with Customer Service. The coordinator prepares and processes shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, customs information, invoices, trailer records, and SAP goods-issue transactions. The position monitors shipment status, reconciles invoices to purchase orders, performs cycle counts, follows up on inventory discrepancies, checks trailer seals and condition, and communicates dock-service needs. It requires adherence to food safety, quality, health and safety policies, GMPs, and PPE requirements, as well as maintaining clean and orderly receiving and storage areas. The work takes place in a structured, supervised, fast-paced production plant with high truck volume, moving equipment, noise, and potentially very hot or cold temperatures. The position requires attention to deadlines, production quotas, and accuracy. The stated regular shift is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; work on other days or shifts and overtime may be required as business needs dictate. No travel is anticipated.
