Warehouse/Cooler Operator

About The Position

T.G. Lee Dairy is hiring a fast-paced and motivated Warehouse/Cooler Operator to perform picking, pulling, and building orders; palletizing products; loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery; and working at any assigned station or line. The role also involves safely operating material-handling equipment and machinery in a warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environment. The position pays $21.50 per hour. The available schedule is Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
May require forklift, walk-behind jack, or other related work certifications or licenses.
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the warehouse/cooler team's success.
Ability to perform accurate basic math computations and inventory counts.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing, including legible writing.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and perform assigned tasks.
Ability to follow directions.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to perform duties without constant supervision.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities
